AGC Foundation Opens 2025-2026 Scholarship Applications for Construction Students
The Foundation is excited to announce that applications for their annual undergraduate and graduate scholarships are now open for the 2025-2026 academic year! Michigan Infrastructure and Transportation Association (MITA) Scholarship
The MITA Scholarship Fund offers financial support to individuals hoping to pursue a career in the heavy construction industry. This scholarship is not only available for students who may be looking to get a 4-year degree in engineering, construction management, etc. but also for those who are looking to attend a trade school. Anything heavy construction related. In an effort to get the word out to more potential applicants, I am wondering if you could add our link to a page of available scholarships on your website (if applicable) and share it with your department heads to share with students who would qualify and benefit.

AGC Educational Endowment Fund Scholarship

RCI-IIBEC Foundation Scholarship Program
RCI-IIBEC Foundation has established a scholarship program to assist students currently enrolled in an accredited program of architecture, construction, building sciences, or engineering related to building sciences.
Applications are due April 4, 2024 3:00 pm Central Time

The 2024 - 2025 Undergraduate / Graduate Scholarship Competition
The scholarships for undergraduates are $2,500 per year ($1,250 if you have half a semester) and can be renewed for up to three years. Graduate awards are $3,750 annually up to a maximum of $7,500.
The application will open July 1, 2023 and must be submitted by midnight EST on November 1, 2023. This scholarship is for the 2024-2025 academic year that begins fall 2024. If you are selected as a finalist, you will be notified in February 2024. The next step is an interview with a contractor in your area. Following the interview, scholarship recipients will be selected and announced in March 2024. Students will receive their awards in the fall of 2024.
There are two very important things to remember:
1.) You must meet the criteria to apply as an Undergraduate or Graduate.
2.) Make sure that your recommenders (one teacher and one employer) know that you are requesting their recommendation. Your application is not considered submitted until all sections are complete and you hit the 'Submit' button at the bottom of the page. You will receive a confirmation email when your application has been submitted.

AGC Education and Research Foundation
Each year the AGC Education and Research Foundation offers undergraduate and graduate level scholarships to students enrolled in ABET or ACCE accredited construction management or construction related engineering programs.
The application opened July 1, 2023 and closes November 1, 2023.Over $10 million in scholarships have been awarded to more than 4,000 students attending colleges and universities across the country. Through endowments made by AGC members and supporters, as well as AGC Chapters, the Education and Research Foundation awards over 100 scholarships each year to students dedicated to pursuing a career in the construction industry.

Many employers tend to fill these positions by the end of November so don’t wait to apply. There are some positions added later in the year as different jobs open and additional staffing is required, but apply soon.
